Well, I finally motivated myself to do a full illustration with a (gasp!) background.
Given my fascination with politics and the media it was only a matter of time before I did a politically motivated piece. It started as a simple question: "How can I make a scene starring my favorite and least favorite political commentators more interesting?" The answer? >>LIGHTSABERS.<< (Genius, I know.) Anyway, for the less media aware among us (not a bad thing), the two on the right with the blue (democrat) sabers are my two favorite people on TV right now, Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann, respectively. On the left side with the red sabers are Fox news anchors Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly, and radio host Rush Limbugh. Obviously, these are the 'least favorite' people I spoke of. Unlike my other pieces, I skipped the paper drawing part of this- it's 100% Photoshop this time. |

I was going to draw Keith and Rachel vs. Rush waaaay back when Keith started using the whole "Boss Limbaugh" nickname, except I'd planned to stick 'em in the full regalia and such.
